The general conditions listed below form an integral and essential part of the on line sale contract signed through internet between the buyer- who will be named CLIENT- and the MADE IN SICILIA, that will be named MONGER. This contract is a distance contract according to the article 50 and ss. Del D.Lgs. 6 september 2005 n.106 (consumer code). This contract is for the sale of goods between the company MADE IN SICILIA- Via Arcoli, s/n 95030 San Pietro Clarenza (CT), Sicily- Italy and the consumer (customer). The contract is concluded directly through the acceptance of an offer made by the customer by telephone or email.
Cooked according to traditional Sicilian recipes; our sauces, gravies, meat sauces, pates, and condiments have a great added value. The specialized staff, expert of the local and Italian gastronomic traditions, cook genuinely and with love. They are people who cook respecting the times, the ways and the peculiarities of the recipes they desire to prepare.
All our production is natural. We are committed for over twenty years in the search of craft and natural productive systems. Our products are without preservatives, dyes, additives, sweeteners and flavour enhancers. They are prepared using only chosen raw materials and they are flavoured with spices and sea salt. For this reason, they are healthier and more genuine than other competitive products on the market.
The monger accepts the payment of the products through:
Made in Sicilia is promptly send the material object of the order at the address specified by the customer in a period
between five and maximum ten daies.
At the time of the delivery, which unless otherwise agreed in writing with the buyer,
will be with forwarder with the seller, a communication will be sent to the email of the customer where
the required information about the forwarding of the products will be indicated.
If the customer is absent at the time of the delivery, the latter has the responsibility to
contact urgently at his expense the courier to agree new delivery mode.

won’t be the responsible of thefts, loss, omitted delivered by the courier, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
Moreover, MADE IN SICILIA has not also responsibilities concerning delivery times, any delays, disruptions,
omissions of the courier but also extraordinary events (floods, fires, strikes, earthquakes)
that can prevent the execution of the contract.
The properties and the risk of the products is transferred to the client upon delivery at the address indicated by the client in the order. The client will verify the integrity of the products and he/she will accept with reservation also some parcels that can show signs of tempering or if they contain fragile materials. You have to communicate any faults at MADE IN SICILIA’s email (info@madeinsiciliafood.com) as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours .
The company MADE IN SICILIA guarantees the right of withdrawal for any reason from the purchase contract. You must send a registered latter A/R; specifying the order number and which products are subjected to return. All within ten days of the delivery of the products. However, the right of withdrawal is subjected to the following conditions:
1) The product must be returned unused and undamaged in all its parts including the packaging, documentation and accessories. You must avoid labels or tape on the original packaging product.
2) the delivery costs for the return are charged to the customer.

Personal details provided by the customer will be treated by the seller in compliance with privacy laws( Law 31/12/1996 n.675 as emended( D. Lgs 196/2003) by electronic and papers methods exclusively for the purposes related to the execution of the contract for the fiscal declarations and the most important communications. The client can access to their data in accordance with art. 7 D. Lgs 196/2003.
