From the origins, Syrah is a red grape variety linked to the territory of
Syracuse. Syrah produces a wine of ruby red colour with purple hues. It has an
intense and fruity perfume with hints of black berries and spices, including
black pepper. When you taste it, you enjoy its good and persistent structure,
being soft and pretty cool with an average tannin. In Sicily , this grape gives a
unique, soft and spicy wine, actually required by the whole international
market.
