Inzolia is one of the most exclusive white wines produced in Sicily. It is also the
oldest Sicilian grape native. Even Pliny the Elder in his “Naturalis Historia”
mentions a grape variety called Irziola. It is a wine with many relevant accents
which highlight the area with an elegant structure, bringing a dowry of
unparalleled freshness. It contains an apple, pear and white peach aroma
with a pleasantness of floral scents. Moreover, it is a white wine aperitif that
you can combine with tasty snacks such as cheeses , paté and bruschetta with
pesto.
